Complaint Process

Complaints can be received in writing via certified letter or email.  After receiving a complaint, the company will first contact the person(s) involved to attempt to gather more information and understanding about the issue.  The company will work to find a mutually agreeable solution to the issue and pose that solution to the person(s) involved.  The company will acknowledge all written complaints within five business days, deal reasonably and professionally with the complaint and take action where appropriate. Every effort will be made to maintain the confidentiality of a person filing a complaint. The company will resolve all matters as quickly as possible, however, some issues may be complex and therefore may require additional time to fully investigate and resolve. Time-frames for resolution will be provided once the issue is fully investigated and updates related to a resolution will be provided to the person filing the complaint during the resolution process.
